- The Mercedes-Benz Classic Center in Fellbach is the competence center for classic cars with a star. We offer services, restorations, Mercedes-Benz Genuine Parts and vehicle trading for historic Mercedes-Benz vehicles.
For the Mercedes-Benz Classic team in Fellbach, we are looking for a Product Specialist for spare parts for the automotive treasures of many collectors and vehicle enthusiasts from all over the world. In this role, your commitment, motivation and passion for the Mercedes-Benz brand and its innovative technology will be rewarded with rare in-depth insights into the history, in-house collection and the magic of classic vehicles that rarely grace the streets anymore.
As a Product Specialist, you will be responsible for providing product-specific support to a wide range of customers and conducting consultations for customer-specific solutions with a high degree of variance. Your tasks will also include the acquisition and generation of service, restoration and parts business as well as responsibility for parts sales on site (over the counter).

QualifikationenWhat you can expect
Customer service
- Direct and independent processing of customer enquiries
- Providing product-specific support to customers; conducting consultations for customer-specific solutions with high variance. Coordination with departments (e.g. with regard to feasibility, cost-effectiveness)
- Providing technical advice and support as part of order processing with regard to ET, installability, network to clubs:
o Provide product-specific support to customers; conduct consultations for customized solutions with high variance. Coordination with departments (e.g. with regard to feasibility, cost-effectiveness)
o Determining vehicle-specific parts within the scope of logistical order processing, clarifying procurement options, documenting on an order-related basis and providing information to the departments concerned.
o Parts research and technical advice for the countries, regions of MBAG as well as partners and end customers
- Processing and routing of market feedback information
- VIP and key account support
- Checking and documenting compliance of the offer with customer requirements.
Customer acquisition & marketing
- Acquisition and generation of service, restoration and parts business as well as responsibility for parts sales on site (over the counter)
- Customer acquisition, support and development
- Ensuring customer loyalty across all customer segments
Operations
- Developing Service & Parts issues: Developing proposals for service- and parts-oriented product design and identifying the need for action for implementation.
- Initiating invoice processes and processing in collaboration with Controlling
- Order processing and routing including customer order management
- Maintaining and managing customer master data in the CRM system
- Creating a parts journey together with product management
- Selecting, deciding and defining information (technology, warranty and goodwill): Determining the appropriate documentation to inform customers about problem solutions, taking into account economic concerns and aspects of product liability. Executing the documentation and ensuring its quality and content. Deciding on the addressees of the information, taking into account market-specific circumstances.
What we expect
completed vocational training in the automotive field with additional training (e.g. state-certified technician/master mechanic)
