With our Compliance COCKPIT, we support companies and other organizations in building their digital compliance program, making the complex simple. This includes all elements of a compliance program, from providing a speak-up system for employees to safely report misconduct, to creating and communicating a conflict-of-interest policy to all employees in an easy way. Dig into customer problems Engage in Product Discovery to understand pain points, needs and opportunities. You advocate for the customer at every stage of the product development process. You bridge the gap between the customer and business needs, working in a Trio with Product Design and Product Engineering to come up with innovative solution ideas. Leverage our extensive customer base to discuss and validate ideas. Along with the Product Designer, conduct user research and test and identify new user needs, trends and areas for innovation. Transform our product strategy into user adoption and business impact Create a plan to drive impact for your product area and align it with the company’s business goals and market trends. Understand the competitive landscapeand industry dynamics to ensure you and your team are “building the right solutions”. Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Growth, Management and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and execution of the strategy. Support efficient delivery Own the quarterly objectives to make sure we focus on the most impactful initiatives. Work closely with our amazing Product Engineering teams using agile methodologies to facilitate the timely and efficient delivery of product features and enhancements. Prioritize and manage the product backlog, address challenges and roadblocks the success and continuously improve and innovate. Make d ata- informed d ecision s Incorporate data, research, and market analysis into your planning and daily work. Be an Evangelist Serve as the internal and external champion for your product area, representing its value proposition and unique selling points. Make sure our customer-facing teams are aware of the most relevant value-adding features and functionalities. Engage with customers and industry influencers to build relationships and stay ahead of market trends

You have at least 3 years (Senior at least 5 years) of experience working as a Product Manager, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment You have a track record of shipping customer value that translates into business value, working with a cross-functional tech team and guiding it to achieve defined milestones You demonstrate natural leadership qualities that allow you to inspire and lead your Product team and key stakeholders to desired outcomes, ensuring everyone is part of the journey You have excellent communication and visualization skills and enjoy working with people from diverse backgrounds You have a mindset of creativity, curiosity, and willingness to grow You are an analyst at heart and enjoy finding a simple solution to a complex problem Fluent English language skills, German language is a big plus
