You are ready, if you have…

the willingness to participate in our mission to digitise the logistics world by bringing modern solutions to the users, which significantly improve their daily work

fluent Italian, English and the ability to use them in verbal and written formal communication, knowledge of French and/or German is an advantage

first experience in Customer Service or Customer Care 

fast technical comprehension, are comfortable with MS Office Suite, Google tools, and willing to learn more

high level of organisational skills, pro-activity, and reliability
