Product Manager (w/m/d) Material Handling



Das sind Ihre Aufgaben

Entwicklung und Umsetzung von globalen Produktkonzepten und -roadmaps in Abstimmung mit der Unternehmensstrategie Kollaboration mit internationalen Niederlassungen zu Product Management-Aktivitäten Anwender-, Markt- und Wettbewerbsanalysen durchführen zur Identifizierung neuer Produktchancen und Optimierung bestehender Produkte Definition von Anforderungen innerhalb von Lastenheften sowie Erstellung von Business Cases für neue Produkte und Lösungen Planung und Überwachung des gesamten Produktlebenszyklus, inkl. Sortimentspflege und Variantenmanagement Enge Abstimmung mit angrenzenden Fachabteilungen wie R&D, Sales, Production, Marketing, Quality und Controlling Durchführung von Produktschulungen für interne Teams bei Neuprodukten Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Marketing und Sales zur Entwicklung effektiver Vermarktungsstrategien

Das sollten Sie mitbringen

Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich BWL, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation Berufserfahrung im Produktmanagement Branchenkenntnisse aus Lager- und Distributionszentren, Post- und Paketdiensten oder der Intralogistik wünschenswert Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und die Fähigkeit, komplexe Sachverhalte zu verstehen und zu präsentieren Gutes technisches Verständnis und die Fähigkeit, technische Sachverhalte zu erfassen und zu vermitteln Selbstständige, strukturierte und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise mit starker Kundenorientierung Hohe Kreativität, Innovationsfreude und die Bereitschaft, Verantwortung zu übernehmen Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit ERP-Systemen und sicherer Umgang mit MS Office Reisebereitschaft Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch, in Verbindung mit sicherem Auftreten
