Sie verstärken unser Team im Tagesgeschäft, erhalten die Gelegenheit an aktuellen Projekten mitzuwirken und eigenständig Themen zu bearbeiten.

Sie unterstützen uns bei folgenden Aufgaben:

Einblicke in die verschiedenen IT- und Administrationsprozesse in allen digitalen Plattformen der Miles & More GmbH (Miles & More Website, Miles & More App, Worldshop.eu) sowie Newsletter Spannende plattformübergreifende Aufgaben wie Usability Testing, Qualitätssicherung, Benchmark Analysen, Screening und Feedback von UX Konzepten und UI Design Erstellung von Standardreports für interne Fachabteilungen, um die Performance zu evaluieren und auszuwerten, die als Basis für die Weiterentwicklung bestehender Plattformen dienen Entwicklung eines internen Newsletters mit Neuigkeiten aus dem Digital Touchpoints Team Contenterstellung und –bearbeitung (Bild und Text) in Abstimmung mit anderen internen Abteilungen im Rahmen von Projekten und der täglichen Redaktionsarbeit  Kontakt E-Mailadresse für Rückfragen

Sie sind während des gesamten Zeitraums des Praktikums immatrikuliert oder befinden sich im Gap Year Zum Zeitpunkt des Praktikums befinden Sie sich mindestens im 3. Semester eines Studiums im Bereich der BWL, Mathematik, Wirtschafts- oder Medienwissenschaft oder Informatik Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift Sie haben eine Affinität für Zahlen und analytisches Denken Interesse an Website-Messung und App-Tracking Sie verfügen über gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere MS Excel Erfahrung mit Webanalyse Tools wie z. B. Adobe Analytics sind erwünscht HTML-Kenntnisse und Erfahrung mit CMS sind von Vorteil Zuverlässigkeit, Flexibilität sowie zielorientiertes Arbeiten Hohe Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie Engagement
