Zur Verstärkung unserer Workforce Staffing Teams suchen wir einen Workforce Staffing Administrator.

Key job responsibilities
- Unterstützung bei der Rekrutierung neuer Mitarbeiter, um eine positive Candidate Experience zu gewährleisten
- Unterstützung regelmäßiger Recruiting Events
- Entwicklung und Pflege effektiver Kommunikationsprozesse, um einen reibungslosen und effizienten Informationsfluss zwischen den wichtigsten Interessengruppen sicherzustellen
- Durchführung von Audits, um die Einhaltung von Unternehmensprozessen, Datenschutz, lokalem Arbeitsrecht und Best Practices bei der Personalbeschaffung sicherzustellen
- Verwendung interner Dashboards, um Berichte zu erstellen
- Mitarbeit an spezifischen Projekten, in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Leadership

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- Erfahrung im Personalwesen
- Erfahrung mit Microsoft Office-Produkten und -Anwendungen
- Fließende Deutschkenntnisse
- Gute Englischkentnisse
- Einschlägige Erfahrung in der Kommunikation mit einer Vielzahl von Stakeholdern, einschließlich Ihren Kollegen und Managern

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Erfahrung in der Planung und Verwaltung eines Kalenders mit persönlichen und virtuellen Veranstaltungen; Rekrutierungs-/Einstellungsveranstaltungen bevorzugt.
- Fähigkeit, mit externen Dritten, einschließlich Gemeinderäten, Arbeitsagenturen und anderen strategischen Partnern, zusammenzuarbeiten und intern funktionsübergreifende Teams für die Durchführung von Veranstaltungen zu koordinieren.
- Gute Präsentationsfähigkeiten, Erstellung und Bereitstellung von Inhalten intern und extern mit Selbstvertrauen und Begeisterung.
- Selbstständiges Arbeiten, Selbstpriorisierung in einer komplexen, schnelllebigen Umgebung, um sicherzustellen, dass die Geschäftsanforderungen erfüllt werden.
- Ein geborener Problemlöser, der praktisch vorgeht und in der Lage ist, unter Zeitdruck schnell Lösungen zu finden.
