About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Dualis Functionalities Support and Product Ownership Assistant. In this role, you will work closely with our product owners and development team to support the functionality of our project management tool, Dualis. This position is ideal for a recent graduate, intern, or someone looking to gain experience in product management and software development. If you are enthusiastic about technology, have significant Excel skills, and are eager to learn, this role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development and improvement of a cutting-edge project management tool.

Your Future Plans:

Assist with the implementation and maintenance of Dualis functionalitiesProvide support to users of Dualis, including troubleshooting issues, answering inquiries, and providing training as neededCollaborate with product owner to gather and prioritize requirements for new features and enhancements to DualisAssist with product testing and quality assurance to ensure the functionality and usability of Dualis meet user needsContribute to the documentation of Dualis functionalities, including user guides, tutorials, and release notesAssist with data analysis and reporting to track the usage and performance of Dualis and identify areas for improvementUtilize Excel skills to manipulate and evaluate data, generate reports, and assist with data-driven decision-makingDemonstrate tech-savviness in learning new software tools and technologies, and providing recommendations for improvement

Your Profile: 

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, or related fieldGreat problem-solving skills and attention to detailEnhanced communication and interpersonal skillsProficiency in Excel, including data manipulationAbility to work effectively both individually and as part of a teamPrior experience with project management tools or software development is beneficial but not requiredEagerness to learn and adapt in a diverse environmentTech-savviness and willingness to learn new software tools and technologiesProficient verbal and written communication skills in English
