In der Abteilung R&D Medical Platform entwickeln wir im Schwerpunkt wiederverwendbare Software- und Elektronik-Komponenten. Diese plattformbasierten Lösungen werden z.B. in Anästhesie- und Beatmungsgeräten sowie in Inkubatoren und im Patienten-Monitoring eingesetzt.
Als Business Process Architect Idea-to-Market (I2M) haben Sie die kontinuierliche Optimierung unserer Entwicklungs- und deren Begleitprozesse im Blick. Sie sind Ansprechperson für die im Unternehmen verteilten globalen Prozesseigner I2M und begleiten diese bei der Erstellung und Pflege der Prozesse. In der Community-of-Practice geben Sie den globalen Prozesseignern ein Forum zur Zusammenarbeit und erreichen so gemeinsam Erfolge bei der Harmonisierung und Vereinfachung der Prozesslandschaft für die Prozessanwendenden. Anhand von Key-Performance-Indikatoren bewerten Sie gemeinsam mit den jeweiligen Process Ownern die Effektivität und Effizienz unserer Entwicklungsprozesse. Mit den Teams der Abteilung Quality & Regulatory Affairs arbeiten Sie eng zusammen und leiten Impulse zur Weiterentwicklung unserer Business Process Management Tools aus der Community of Practice I2M weiter. Sie haben Ihr technisches Studium erfolgreich absolviert und bringen mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich R&D mit. Mit den Anforderungen an Qualitätsmanagementsysteme (ISO, ISO) sind Sie vertraut. Sie können andere Menschen für gemeinsame Ziele begeistern und finden mit unterschiedlichen Stakeholdern schnell gewinnbringende Lösungen. Sie sind vertraut mit der Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN) und können komplexe Sachverhalte sehr gut vereinfachen und erklären. In der Rolle des Prozessanwendenden haben Sie den Produktentstehungsprozess idealerweise schon durchlaufen.In Lübeck arbeiten rund 5. Menschen für Dräger. Hier lässt es sich gut leben. Die zweitgrößte Stadt (. Einwohner) Schleswig-Holsteins bietet Ihnen eine hohe Wohnqualität, kurze Wege sowie viele Kultur- und Freizeitangebote. Von hier erreichen Sie in 20 Minuten die Ostsee und in nur einer Stunde die Elbmetropole Hamburg. Unsere Zentrale in der Moislinger Allee ist von viel Grün und Wasser umgeben. Historische Gebäude und moderne Architektur prägen das Bild. Zu Fuß erreichen Sie von hier in nur zehn Minuten die Lübecker Altstadt (UNESCO-Weltkulturerbe) und den Hauptbahnhof.

Im Bereich der Medical Platform haben wir uns zum Ziel gesetzt, die Entwicklung der Dräger Medizinprodukte effizienter zu gestalten, also in kürzerer Zeit, mit geringeren Entwicklungskosten und reduziertem technischen Risiko. Dabei kombinieren wir die Anforderungen aus mehreren Geschäftsbereichen und stellen deren Querverbindung untereinander sowie deren Konsistenz über unser gesamtes Produktportfolio sicher. Wir entwickeln integrierte Software- und Hardware-Komponenten, die in unseren Medizintechnik-Produkten zum Einsatz kommen. Zusätzlich unterstützen wir in der allgemeinen Elektronikentwicklung, bei dem Einsatz von PLM-Werkzeugen, Prozessen und im Umfeld von Testing und Tools. Zur Medical Platform gehört neben der globalen Verantwortung für Product Security auch die Abteilung User Experience Design. Dort entwickeln wir ein markengerechtes, zeitloses und intuitives Design, um eine sichere und effektive Bedienung der Geräte zu gewährleisten.
