Close cooperation with the system, PLD/FPGA, HW and tools teams to further develop and ensure an efficient overall approval strategy
Ongoing optimisation of the software development tool landscape
Participation in customer reviews and authority audits
Establishing and expanding development service providers
Management and monitoring of suppliers
Collaboration in the strategic orientation of the product area and planning of research and technology programmes

Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung eines Embedded Software Development Teams im Rahmen eines High Volume Projekts Mitarbeiterentwicklung – beginnend bei der Einstellung und darauffolgenden Förderung der MitarbeiterInnen Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen, qualitativ einwandfreien Software Entwicklungsbetriebs in internationalen agilen Teams der Sparte Aerospace Koordination und Weiterentwicklung der Software Entwicklungstätigkeiten und Ressourcen innerhalb der Fachdisziplin Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den System-, PLD/FPGA, HW und Tools Teams zur Weiterentwicklung und Sicherstellung einer effizienten gesamtheitlichen Zulassungsstrategie Fortlaufende Optimierung der Software Entwicklungstool-Landschaft Mitwirken bei Kundenreviews und Behörden-Audits Aufbau und Ausbau Entwicklungsdienstleister Management und Überwachung von Zulieferern Mitarbeit bei der strategischen Ausrichtung des Produktbereichs und Planung von Forschungs- und Technologieprogrammen

Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Fachrichtung Technische Informatik, Elektrotechnik oder ähnliche Qualifikation Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich Software-Entwicklung von Embedded Systemen mit modernen Entwicklungs-Techniken und Testumgebungen Vertiefte Erfahrung in Software Projekt Management Erste fachliche oder disziplinarische Führung wünschenswert Hohe Leidenschaft für Qualität und für das Entwickeln von Luftfahrtprodukten oder anderen Software Produkten aus regulierten Branchen (z.B. Automotive, Medical) Motivation, neue Prozesse in einem agilen Umfeld zu entwickeln Sozial- und Führungskompetenz gepaart mit einem hohen Grad an Flexibilität Gute Deutsch- und Englisch-Kenntnisse
