Die Projektleiter des Eventmanagement-Teams tun alles dafür, dass unsere Leistungsversprechen den Qualitätserwartungen entsprechen. Unterstützt werden beide Teams, durch ein leistungsstarkes Service-Team, das die internen Prozesse wie Catering, Vor-Ort-Organisation und Referentenauswahl unterstützt.

Vom kleinen Event bis zum internationalen Kongress im Großformat – seit 1993 planen und realisieren wir bundesweit mehr als 400 Fortbildungen und Tagungen für Mediziner, Ärzte, Professoren mit unterschiedlichen Themenschwerpunkten.

Als Projektleiter planen Sie eigenverantwortlich komplette Tagungen in Präsenz und
Online. Die vollständige Organisation inklusive Vor- und Nachbereitung liegt in
Ihrer Hand. Sie koordinieren den Veranstaltungsablauf, die Inhalte des
Tagesprogramms und übernehmen die Referentensuche. Sie haben Spaß an
Kommunikation und dem Kontakt mit Menschen und freuen sich auf einen
abwechslungsreichen Büroalltag in einem tollen Team.

Ihre Erfahrungen als Veranstaltungskaufmann/-frau bringen Sie ein in das Team Eventmanagement. Anfänglich in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Projektleiter und später dann eigenständig planen Sie verantwortlich komplette Tagungen in Präsenz und Online. Sie übernehmen die vollständige Organisation inklusive Vor- und Nachbereitung. Sie koordinieren den Veranstaltungsablauf, wirken mit bei der Gestaltung des Tagesprogramms und der Referentensuche.

Aufgaben
  • Planung, Durchführung und Nachbereitung von Veranstaltungen (z. B. Tagungen, Workshops)
  • Budgetplanung und Verantwortung für eigene Veranstaltungen und eigenem Fachbereich
  • Betreuung von Referenten und wissenschaftlichen Leitern am Telefon und per E-Mail
  • Location Suche und Cateringkoordination am Telefon und per E-Mail
  • Vertrags- und Abrechnungshandling sowie CME-Zertifizierungsprozesse überwachen
Qualifikation
  • Berufsausbildung und mehrjährige Erfahrung bei der Organisation von Veranstaltungen
  • Bereitschaft sich in die Besonderheiten medizinischer Fortbildungsveranstaltungen einzuarbeiten
  • Ein hohes Maß an Dienstleistungsorientierung
  • Sicheres und überzeugendes Auftreten schriftlich und am Telefon
  • Besonderes Organisationsgeschick und Flexibilität
  • Reisebereitschaft (ca. 10 bis 15 Reisetage pro Jahr, deutschlandweit)
  • Gute Kenntnisse in MS-Office, grundlegende Kenntnisse zu CRM-Anwendungen
  • Erste Erfahrungen mit Video-Konferenz-Software (z. B. Zoom oder MS-Teams)
  • Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift wünschenswert
  • Kreativität, selbständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Teamfähigkeit, Sozialkompetenz und Engagement
