Deine Rolle:
Du verantwortest unseren Bereich Engineering auf globaler Ebene und leitest unsere globalen Engineeringprojekte von der Entwicklung technischer Lösungen bis hin zur Implementierung innerhalb der Standorte Du verantwortest den globalen Standard für Site Masterplans und stimmst für jede Plant individuell den Masterplan gemeinsam mit den regionalen Engineering-Teams ab Du erarbeitest den globalen Capex-Plan und steuerst das globale Capex-Budget gemeinsam mit deinem Counterpart aus der globalen Finanzorganisation Du treibst Verbesserungen und Standardisierungen im Bereich Maintenance voran Gemeinsam mit deinem Team sammelst du Best Practises zu technischen Prozessen an unseren weltweiten Produktionsstandorten und erarbeitest Möglichkeiten zur globalen Umsetzung vorhandener Prozesse und erstellst, bewertest. Du setzt weltweit gültige Standards und berücksichtigst individuelle technische, Produkt-spezifische und gesetzliche Anforderungen Gemeinsam mit einem internationalen Team arbeitest du an kontinuierlicher Verbesserung unserer Prozesse und berätst die produzierenden Döhler-Standorte weltweitDein Profil:
Du verfügst über ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Verfahrens-, Produktions- oder Lebensmitteltechnik, des Maschinenbaus oder vergleichbar Du hast mehrere Jahre Erfahrung im Bereich Engineering in der Lebensmittelindustrie gesammelt Du besitzt umfangreiche Kenntnisse in der Lebensmittel-Produktionstechnik sowie mit digitalen Produktions-Tools Im Projektmanagement hast du deine Fähigkeiten in Großprojekten unter Beweis gestellt Du verfügst über Führungserfahrung Du bist in der Lage, komplexe Sachverhalte schnell zu entschlüsseln und besitzt eine ausgeprägte konzeptionelle und analytische Arbeitsweise Dein Profil wird durch sehr gute Englischkenntnisse abgerundetDeine Benefits
