For our freight department in Lübeck-Travemünde we are looking for an

Intermodal Unit Administrator  (m/f/d) 
 

The area of ​​responsibility includes among other:  

• Intermodal administrative processes including involvement in process improvements & implementations
• Handling of intermodal customer claims including the organization and support for repair services
• Communicate with both external and internal customers  
• Maintenance of customer data (enter customer data, request data and provide information as needed)  
• Pricing & Invoicing for freight (handling of pricing & invoicing process, optimization of existing processes, system usage)   
• Handling of incoming invoices (distribution & checking of invoices for the freight department)
• Participation in projects and responsibility for smaller projects  
• Inside Sales (quotations, agreements, customer correspondence, usage of CRM etc.)  

Expected skills:  

• Fluent in English, both written and verbal  
• A completed administrative or business education   
• Preferably initial experience in administrative work and customer service  with in shipping, logistics or companies along the intermodal transport chain  
• Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office-Word/Excel/Powerpoint)   
• A well process understanding and structured mind-set  
• Reliability, can do attitude and spirit  
• Strong communication skills and service attitude  
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment  
• Teamwork
