Für unseren Kunden in der Luft- und Raumfahrtindustrie suchen wir ab sofort einen motivierten Kandidaten für den Standort Donauwörth, Deutschland für die folgende Position:
Aufgabenprofil:
Der/die Stelleninhaber ist tätig als Strategic Procurement Support (f/d/m) (auch in Teilzeitmöglich) und übernimmt folgende Aufgaben:

Your tasks and responsibilities:
Support the day to day relationships with suppliers Take responsibility for contributions to operations planning processes (incl. regular monitoring andupdating) Control the schedule adherence of contracting activities. Ensure the timely updating of prices in the SAP system. Run projects to optimize customer value, while minimizing total cost of ownership & risks Prepare non-disclosure agreements, contracts and contract amendments Support the buyers during contract negotiation Secure future business of Airbus Helicopters by contributing to the backing of our sales campaigns Support the update the commodity sourcing policy
Desired skills and qualifications
Degree in engineering, economics, law etc. or bachelor professional (Meister) / technician or comparablewith relevant professional experience First experience as a buyer and in project management Good knowledge in the areas of: Contract negotiation, business and financial management, projectmanagement High social competencies, team and communication skills Experience in working with international partners Agile use of tools: SAP, MS Office / Google Suite, etc. Business fluent in German and English; French is a plus Proactive, persistent and logical approach to new challenges
Studium:
Rechtswissenschaften mind. Bachelor-Studiengangoder Ingenieurwesen mind. Bachelor-Studiengangoder Wirtschaftswissenschaften mind. Bachelor-Studiengangoder oder Meister/Techniker oder vergleichbar mit einschlägiger Berufserfahrung
Berufserfahrung:
Einkauf mind. über 2 Jahre Projektleitung mind. über 2 Jahre
IT:
MS-Office mind. vertiefte Anwendungskenntnis SAP mind. vertiefte Anwendungskenntnis
Sprachkenntnisse:
Deutsch mind. verhandlungssicher Englisch mind. verhandlungssicher Französisch von Vorteil
Weitere Qualifikationen:
Gute Kenntnisse in den Bereichen: Vertragsverhandlungen, betriebswirtschaftliches undfinanzielles Management, Projektleitung
