Du möchtest Teil unseres Teams werden? Dann werde unser neuer Product Manager (all genders) für den Bereich International mit dem Genreschwerpunkt Rock. Die Position ist ab sofort am Standort Berlin verfügbar. Es handelt sich um eine unbefristete Anstellung in Vollzeit. 

Deine Aufgaben: 

  • Du erarbeitest und setzt Marketingstrategien für Künstler:innen federführend um
  • Du steuerst Deine Kampagnen datenbasiert und bist zusammen mit unserer internen Unit LABSxSTUDIOS ständig auf der Suche nach neuen Marketingstrategien
  • Du bist verantwortlich für die eigenständige Projekt- und Budgetverwaltung sowie für die Entwicklung, Realisierung und Überwachung von Marketing-, PR- und Social-Media-Konzepten
  • Du entwickelst kanalübergreifende Contentmarketingstrategien für die Universal Music owned Media Channels (z. B. Social Media, YouTube Kanäle, Newsletter) und erschließt neue Online-Kommunikationsmöglichkeiten und -kanäle 
  • Das Steuern von Agenturen zur Umsetzung der Maßnahmen gehört ebenfalls zu Deinem Aufgabengebiet
  • Redaktionell begleitest Du die Kampagnen in den jeweils relevanten Channels
  • Du arbeitest sehr eng mit Promotion Managern, Editorial Streaming Managern, LABSxSTUDIOS und Content & Creation Managern zusammen und ihr steht im ständigen Wissensaustausch
  • Als Netzwerker:in legst Du großen Wert auf den Kontaktaufbau und die Kontaktpflege zu den Repertoiregeber:innen, Künstler:innen, Produzent:innen, Künstler:innenmanagements, Tourneeveranstalter:innen, Kooperations- und Medienpartner:innen

Diese fachlichen Anforderungen erfüllst Du: 

  • Du verfügst über eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung oder über ein abgeschlossenes Studium mit Schwerpunkt Marketing
  • Du bringst mindestens ein Jahr Erfahrungen im Produkt Marketing eines Musik- oder Medienunternehmens mit
  • Du bist Musikexpert:in im Internationalen (Rock) - Genre und auf Plattformen wie TikTok, Discord und Reddit unterwegs
  • Du bringst ein sehr gutes Verständnis von Digital-/Onlinemarketing und -promotion, digitaler Mediaplanung, KPIs sowie owned, earned und paid media und integrierten Kommunikationsstrategien mit
  • Du verfügst über sehr gute Projektmanagement-Skills und steuerst aktiv kreative Prozesse 
  • Du hast Erfahrungen in der Nutzung und den damit verbundenen Mechanismen von Streaming-Plattformen und besitzt gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Online-Kennzahlen sowie mit Analysetools (z. B. Google Analytics, Google AdWords) 
  • Du verfügst über verhandlungssichere Deutsch- (C2) sowie Englischkenntnisse (C1) in Wort und Schrift
