Your new role: Director of AI Transformation

Location: Germany

Are you ready to lead the charge in revolutionizing how AI drives digital transformation, specifically within the customer experience and contact center space? We’re looking for a visionary Director of AI Transformation who can connect cutting-edge AI solutions with strategic business outcomes. This is more than a technical role - it’s an opportunity to redefine how AI impacts customer experience and drives transformative growth for our clients and our business.

As the Director of AI Transformation, you will be the strategic bridge between AI technology and business innovation. Your insights will help our clients envision AI, not just as a tool but as a cornerstone of their digital transformation journeys. By shaping the narrative and demonstrating tangible business value, you’ll play a pivotal role in closing large-scale deals and expanding our footprint.

Your mission and responsibilities will include:

  • Positioning AI as a Strategic Driver: Champion Cognigy.AI as a cornerstone of digital transformation, elevating it from a technological asset to a critical business investment. Align AI solutions with broader business goals to increase deal sizes and adoption.
  • Showcasing AI’s Transformative Impact: Identify and communicate high-impact use cases, particularly in contact centers, using compelling KPIs, benchmarks, and real-world examples to engage both business and technical stakeholders.
  • Leading Strategic Opportunities: Close major deals (€1M+ ARR) by articulating the strategic and financial value of AI.
  • Building Thought Leadership: Establish Cognigy as a leader in AI-driven customer experience through webinars, content creation, and public speaking engagements.
  • Driving Pipeline Growth: Generate new opportunities through discovery workshops, webinars, and strategic on-site sessions with prospects.
  • Guiding Stakeholders: Conduct workshops, maturity assessments, and business impact analyses to prioritize AI use cases for clients.
  • Fostering Cross-Functional Alignment: Collaborate with sales, marketing, R&D, and product teams to ensure unified messaging and delivery of customer-centric AI solutions.
  • Equipping Teams with Insights: Research and coach internal teams on the latest market trends and their implications for go-to-market strategies.

Requirements

About you

You are a strategic thinker, skilled communicator, and AI enthusiast with:

  • Customer Experience Expertise: Deep understanding of contact centers, customer experience, and automation/AI markets.
  • Strategic Insight: Ability to connect technology with business objectives and craft compelling strategic narratives.
  • Engaging Presentation Skills: Comfortable leading workshops, webinars, and inspiring client conversations.
  • Consulting Experience: Background in management consulting or customer-facing roles.
  • Technical Know-How: Hands-on experience with technology, including creating front-end mock-ups and basic scripting.
  • Relevant Industry Background: Contact center or customer experience industry expertise is essential.
  • Language: Professional fluency in German and English is essential
  • Location: Based in Germany with the right to work
