Aufgaben
Ihre Verantwortung liegt in der Leitung einer Plattformentwicklung für ein Wasserstoffspeichersystem. Dies beinhaltet die Projektleitung für die kundenunspezifischen Entwicklungen sowie die Koordination der in die Plattform eingebetteten Kundenprojekte bzw. deren Projektleiter. Sie sind verantwortlich für die Planung, Gewährleistung und Durchführung aller Meilensteine, die für die Freigabe der Bauteile bis hin zum Start der Serienproduktion (SOP) relevant sind, sowie für die Produktbetreuung über den Serienstart hinaus. Es liegt in Ihrer Verantwortung die Funktion, Qualität, Kosten und Termine des Projekts zu gewährleisten. Ihre Aufgabe beinhaltet die Entwicklung alternativer Lösungen bei auftretenden Zielkonflikten. Sie sind zuständig für die Planung und Organisation des Änderungsmanagements. Die Vorbereitung und aktive Teilnahme an relevanten Gremien gehört ebenfalls zu Ihrem Aufgabengebiet wie auch die Vertretung der Plattform gegenüber Kunden und Lieferanten.Profil
Sie verfügen über ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Ingenieurswissenschaften oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation. Eine mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich des Projektmanagement ist erforderlich. Erfahrungen in der Strukturierung und Durchführung von Automotive-Projekten (z.B. gemäß VDA-Richtlinien) über den gesamten Produktentstehungsprozess – von der Produktentwicklung bis hin zum Produktionsanlauf – setzen wir voraus. Möglicherweise sind Sie vertraut mit dem Umgang mit Composite-Strukturbauteilen und den dazugehörigen Herstellungsprozessen. Kenntnisse im Bereich von Wasserstoffanwendungen, Hochdrucksystemen wären von Vorteil. Sehr gute Deutsch- sowie Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift setzen wir voraus. Ihr Profil wird durch eine hohe Belastbarkeit, eine eigenverantwortliche und strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie eine ausgeprägte Führungs- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit abgerundet, insbesondere im Umgang mit Lieferanten und Kunden.Arbeiten bei Voith heißt, aktiv zukunftsfähige Technologien voranzutreiben.
