Industrial Engineer/Ingenieur Produktionsprozesse (m/w/d) 

IHRE AUFGABEN:

Sie sind Expert:In für die Entwicklung effizienter und zukunftsorientierter Produktionsprozesse und lassen ihr umfassendes Fachwissen in die Prozessanalyse, -definition und -optimierung unserer Schuhproduktion einfließen. Umsichtig tarieren Sie dabei das Wechselspiel zwischen Effizienz, Qualität und Kosten aus Im Tagesgeschäft erstellen Sie gewissenhaft Lastenhefte und Spezifikationen für Maschinen und Anlagen, sind maßgeblich an deren Beschaffung beteiligt und gewährleisten eine optimale Werksplanung mit störungsfreiem, kontinuierlichem Materialfluss Sie wissen, dass Standards und Prozessqualität Hand in Hand gehen und entwickeln daher sorgfältig Werknormen und Prozessanweisungen Nicht zuletzt schauen Sie sowohl nach vorne als auch über den Tellerrand und erkennen Potenziale, sodass wir Ihnen gern auch die Leitung von Industrialisierungsprojekten übertragen

IHR PROFIL:

Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Maschinenbau, Automatisierungstechnik oder vergleichbaren Fachrichtungen Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in Bereich Produktion, Prozessoptimierung, Lean Management o.Ä. Fundierte Kenntnisse in Zeitwirtschaft (REFA oder MTM) sowie in Prozessoptimierung (nach Lean Production) Fit in MS-Office (v.a. Excel) sowie im Umgang mit 2D CAD fließendes Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift Teamplayer mit Durchsetzungsvermögen und einer selbstständigen, effizienten und strukturierten Arbeitsweise
