This role is in Marketing Communications department. You are responsible for the end-to-end product communication for a certain product group and are the co-lead of all product launches in this group.
You do online activation for products for own as well as retailer touchpoints as well as steer digital campaigns and evaluate them. You take care of offline shopfront activation incl. POS asset creation and displays end to end to best activate Sony as a premium brand at shopfront.
Target is to increase sell out in line with business directions at the same time with most suitable messaging, asset selection as well as individual adaptations to ultimately increase product presentation and/ or campaign content by having the community of interest always in mind.
You will:
Communication: Off- & Online activation & digital campaigns
create local campaign assets and/or localize Pan-European master assets (esp. for product launches) for local execution in a timely manner and in line with agreed implementation KPI Select/ adapt Sony messaging and assets to secure maximum visibility on own as well as retailers on- and offline platforms (focus on SLC & align consistent story for on-&offline) Possibility to work on impactful ATL campaigns from setting up the Persona, creating the story board, participate in video shootings and plan best media plan implementationPOS Assets
Develop new concepts of product presentation Steer & track whole process with agencies for layout, production, shipment, implementation with concrete KPIs Management of stakeholder expectations & demands (product group, sales team, controlling, Pan-European Marketing Communication)Display Management:
Manage & align end to end store requests regarding furniture implementation (e.g. displays, shop-in-shop custom solutions) from scratch and in strong cooperation with internal and external stakeholders agency management for design development and agency pitches steering channel marketing for retailer approval and implementation agency management for customization/ tour planning/ implementation/ maintenance in line with yearly allocated budgetBudget Management:
Streamlining of strategic model launches with both product groups and channel marketing members to ensure an immediate product ramp up and assure respective Budget allocations for end to end flow Monthly budget planning, control, revision and accuracy Yearly development of budget strategy and ROI & cost breakdown Quarterly planning and monitoring of POS assets, reproduction and respect in budget planningAgency Management:
Monitor on time execution of briefings while respecting SONY CI Cost control and order managementYou will have:
Proven work experience in a relevant marketing position Successfully completed Master studies or professional experience in a comparable position Ability and experience in launching products in a multi-channel environment both online as well as via the traditional instore POS execution Excellent communication skills and fluent in German (both writing and speaking) Business level certified knowledge of English language (both written & spoken) for communication within Germany as well as with Europe HQ Competency with MS-Office (Outlook, Powerpoint, Excel, Word), Adobe and Google Analytics for daily business Strong communication and presentation skills towards both internal and external stakeholders to achieve conclusions for further actions Commercial awareness of the German electronics retailer landscape, competitor products/strategies and consumer mindsets Flexibility to adapt into fast moving business circumstances and ability to work under pressure on various projects simultaneously Result-oriented work ethics to manage tasks within budget and deadlines Teamwork mindset to share insight as well as to collect information within the organization with the objective to improve overall company productivity Team player who works effectively in a collaborative environment Customer-oriented approach, proactivity and reliability Result-oriented work management within the budget money within the deadlineYour new office:
