We are hiring for a  Working Student (f/m/d) Marketing & Communication.

We're looking for an enthusiastic Working Student (f/m/d) to join our dynamic Marketing and Communications team. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work on diverse marketing and communications-related projects to increase our brand awareness while gaining hands-on experience in diverse digital tools for CRM (Salesforce), marketing automation (Marketo) and CMS (Adobe AEM). We're seeking a candidate who is not only passionate about marketing but is also eager to learn more about digitalisation in the energy sector.

Tasks

Contribute to the planning and execution of (digital) marketing campaigns and activities, including paid search, social media, email marketing and others. Provide support with website management tasks, including page creation and updates and SEO optimisation. Work closely with our Sales and Products team to align our marketing activities for new product launches, webinars, etc. Collect and analyse data insights on campaign performance and create reports to track and evaluate and optimise our campaigns. Provide support to the creation and adaptation of copy in German for organic and paid social media. Coordinate and set up internal events and meetings. Conduct research on competitor activity and report back to team.

Qualifications

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Marketing, Communications or a related field. Motivated self-starter with a keen eye for detail and a willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment. Familiarity with CRM and CMS systems and good understanding of SEO principles. Prior experience in marketing and advertising tools (such as Google ads, Linkedin ads and Google Analytics) and product branding is a plus. Excellent written and verbal communications skills in German (native speaker or C1 level) and English , showcasing an understanding of storytelling and audience engagement.
