Aufgaben

  • Systemseitige, telefonische und schriftliche Bearbeitung aller Anfragen
  • Garant für Kundenzufriedenheit durch Empathie und Kompetenz
  • Lösungsfinder für unsere Kundschaft
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit allen angrenzenden Abteilungen im Hause
  • Führen von Beratungs-, Informations- und Reklamationsgesprächen mit unserer Kundschaft
  • Aktiver Bestandteil bei der Fehleranalyse und Prozessverbesserung
  • Kontinuierliche Bearbeitung von Auswertungen zur Verbesserung der Datenqualität
Qualifikationen

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder idealerweise erste Berufserfahrung im logistischen Umfeld
  • Sicher Umgang mit allen gängigen MS Office Anwendungen, gerne mit MS 365
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift und gerne gute Englischkenntnisse (B1)
  • Spaß und Freude am Kontakt mit unterschiedlichen Menschen und Zielgruppen
  • Kundenorientiertes Denken und Handeln
  • Verantwortungsvolle und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Organisationstalent, Ruhe Bewahrer, Lösungsfinder, Kommunikationsgeschick und absolute Serviceorientierung
