Your tasks

In coordination with your superiors, you will write appealing job advertisements. Based on defined and coordinated criteria with the respective recruiter and specialist department, you will carry out an initial pre-selection of incoming applications in our applicant management system "SF Recruiting" and forward them to the specialist departments. With the help of our IT system SuccessFactors, you will also ensure the smooth administration of future employees in all IT systems and ensure a professional process in the preparation of contract creation. You are an expert for all IT systems and external platforms in the recruiting environment and ensure that they are used efficiently. You act as a competence center and take on corresponding sub-project tasks to continuously improve the recruitment process.

Your profile

Completed commercial vocational training with many years of professional experience in the field of HR administration or additional training as an HR specialist with relevant professional experience In addition, HR-specific knowledge in the areas of HR processes and HR systems is required. Additional acquisition of intercultural communication skills for extended consulting and transfer activities Understanding of collaboration in the HR 3-pillar model.
