Responsibilities

Neben dem Beantworten von Kundenanfragen, der redaktionellen Mitarbeit auf unseren Webseiten und Social-Media-Kanälen erwarten Dich viele weitere Herausforderungen. Dabei wirst Du die Gelegenheit haben, mit Mitarbeitern des Handels, Compliance, Abwicklung, IT oder auch der Rechtsabteilung zusammenzuarbeiten. Im Rahmen Deines Praktikums wirst Du einen tiefen Einblick in die Welt der börsengelisteten Derivate bekommen:

Beantwortung von Kundenanfragen in Bezug auf die Funktionsweise und den Handel von Optionsscheinen und Zertifikate (Telefon, E-Mail und Chat) unter Zuhilfenahme von internen Systemen sowie Reuters oder Bloomberg Bearbeitung von Kundenbeschwerden Veröffentlichung von Inhalten auf unseren Social-Media Kanälen Veröffentlichung von Marketinginhalten auf unterschiedlichen Kanälen Vorbereitung von Messen und Seminarreihen, Erstellung von Präsentationen Erstellung von Konkurrenzanalysen und Statistiken Presscutting Erfassen von Kundenbestellungen

Profile required

Universitätsstudium mit guten Studienleistungen (vorzugsweise erfolgt die Bewerbung zwischen Bachelor- und Masterstudium)  Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift Gute Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil  Ausgeprägtes Kapitalmarktinteresse  Fundierte Kenntnisse im Bereich Derivate und Interesse für Zertifikate und strukturierte Produkte sind Voraussetzung  Erste praktische Erfahrung im Bankensektor ist empfehlenswert  Fundierte PC-Kenntnisse (MS-Office; VBA von Vorteil)  Eigeninitiative und selbständiges Arbeiten sind gefordert  Kommunikationsfähigkeit (verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse), Teamfähigkeit
