You can look forward to
You serve as the central interface to our suppliers You translate regulatory requirements relevant to the procurement process and ensure that these are met efficiently and in line with compliance standards You ensure that centralised internal and external reporting is generated for the monitoring of regulatory requirements You take the role of adviser to internal customers and third party managers, especially as regards necessary risk assessments Your primary task is third party governance management, a role in which you are supported on the procurement team by the strategic purchasers You conduct regular supplier audits and are quick to identify potential risks and vulnerabilities
You come equipped with
Completed degree in business administration, economics, law, sustainability management or a comparable qualification Professional experience in international supplier (relationship) management, vendor management, procurement of indirect goods or highly motivated to develop your skills in these areas Experience of conducting audits and assessments of suppliers and contractors Sound knowledge and profound understanding of regulatory requirements and relevant laws and standards in the procurement process, such as the German Act on Corporate Due Diligence in Supply Chains (LkSG), Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA) and Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive (CSDDD) Keen analytical abilities and well-versed in the use of procurement and service management tools Proficient user skills in German and English coupled with a flair for negotiationDon't meet all the requirements?
