Daher suchen wir Dich zur Verstärkung als Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist für unser
internationales Aufgabenspektrum.
Als zentrale Recruiting-Einheit im Konzern ist unser Auftrag klar:
die Betreuung von Großkunden, die Abwicklung von Recruiting-Projekten internationaler Kunden
und das Recruitment-Process-Outsourcing.
Flexibel vom Home Office aus agierst Du als Talent Acquisition Specialist / Recruiter
(m/w/d)

Deine Aufgaben
So vielfältig wie unsere Kunden, sind auch unsere Aufgaben. Im Kern bleibt jedoch eines
gleich: den passenden Kandidaten für den jeweiligen Kunden zu finden.
Genau hier fängt die Vielfältigkeit an, denn der Weg zum passenden Kandidaten ist nicht
immer gleich und stellt uns vor Herausforderungen, der wir uns im Team stellen.
Du erarbeitest die passende Recruiting Strategie und setzt diese aktiv um.
Neben klassischen Recruiting Wegen, gehört das Active Sourcing zu Deinem Portfolio.
Darüber hinaus entwickelst und initiierst Du weitere Recruiting Wege.
Du wickelst die Recruiting Projekte von der Anforderung, über das Bewerbungsmanagement,
die Interviews bis zur Einstellung & Betreuung der Mitarbeiter ab.
Dabei stehst Du in regelmäßigem Austausch & führen regelmäßige Update-Calls mit den
nationalen & internationalen Kunden.

Ihr Profil
Du hast ein Studium oder Ausbildung mit Bezug zum Recruiting? Perfekt
Quereinsteiger, mit Erfahrung im Recruiting sind für uns genauso perfekt
Idealerweise bringst Du 1-2 Jahre Berufserfahrung mit oder konntest in Praktika bereits
relevante Praxiserfahrungen sammeln.
Aufgrund der Internationalität unserer Kunden, sind neben guten Deutschkenntnissen auch
verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse zwingend notwendig.
