Das sind Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Ausschreibungen in Zusammenarbeit mit den Fachabteilungen 
  • Auswertung der Angebote und Erstellung von Angebotsvergleichen
  • Verhandlung von Angeboten 
  • Bestellung von Dienstleistungen und Artikeln in SAP 
  • Lieferverfolgung, Terminkontrolle, Integrierte Rechnungsprüfung
  • Reklamationsbearbeitung
  • Unterstützung bei der Lieferantenbeurteilung 
  • Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Berichten und Präsentationen
  • Stammdatenpflege
Das bringen Sie mit:

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
  • Berufserfahrung im operativen Einkauf wünschenswert
  • Fließende Deutsch Kenntnisse
  • Gute Englisch Kenntnisse
  • Gute MS-Office Kenntnisse
  • SAP Kenntnisse wünschenswert
