Ihre Aufgaben

General target is to Increase the Market penetration to small and medium size customers as well
as for big-business Project through the Distribution Channel together with HFE Sales team and
Local Distribution teams.
In addition, the LDM has the target to develop a small but important range of direct customers in
his defined territory directly which are mainly active in the Industrial & Energy sector.

  • Evaluate the Distribution Network and their territory assignment in cooperation with Sales, Maintain the Distribution Contracts;
  • Collect feedback from the Distributors to optimize HFE's support and service & policy for distribution network
  • Collect and administrate the reports to be delivered from the Distributors
  • Final decision on Project Registration Requests, in cooperation with Sales
  • Promotion and selling of the Hongfa product range and be the sales and technical interface of the defined direct customers active in the Industrial & Energy sector and decide on the future handling of these customers.
  • Manage the resolution of rejected S&D claims
  • Perform Business Reviews with the Distributors, together with Local Sales
  • Coordinate between Pan-European and Local Distributors
  • Initiate and support Marketing activities for the Distributors in cooperation with marketing, product Management and application engineers
  • Maintain the Price Lists
  • Develop further Sales Channels, e.g. Electric Wholesellers, as needed; Pre-research on the new sales channel, i.e internet.
  • Travel on a regular basis to the customers, fairs, factory and other necessary meetings
Ihr Profil

  • Strong technical skills achieved through a bachelor degree in engineering or similar technical background
  • 5 years of industry experience
  • International work experience
  • Intercultural skills, Presentation and Management skills
  • Ability to manage the complex selling process, consisting of engagement at all levels, from engineering & technical teams to senior management - including an understanding of when and why
  • Good negotiation skills
  • Fluent business English and German language skills (spoken and written) are necessary

Die Hongfa Europe GmbH wurde 2003 als europäisches Vertriebszentrum der chinesischen Gruppe Xiamen Hongfa Electroacoustic Co. gegründet. Von unserem Hauptsitz in Maintal (bei Frankfurt am Main) aus beliefern wir unsere europäischen Kunden, die hauptsächlich in den Bereichen Haushaltsgeräte, Maschinenbau, Smart Metering and Automotive tätig sind, mit elektromechanischen Relais.

Wir sind das Vertriebs- und Servicezentrum von Hongfa für den europäischen Markt., zu dessen Aufgaben Marktentwicklung, Kundendienst, technische Unterstützung und Logistik gehören. Wir verfügen über eine große Anzahl von Vertriebs- und Anwendungsingenieuren, die mit Relais und dem Markt bestens vertraut sind. Darüber hinaus verfügen wir über ein großes lokales Vertriebsnetz, das mehr als zwanzig Länder und Regionen in Europa abdeckt.

Wir planen, die Räumlichkeiten unseres europäischen Vertriebs- und Servicezentrums auf über 5.000 m² zu erweitern, um unsere F&E- und Testkapazitäten auf dem europäischen Markt weiter auszubauchen. Auf diese Weise werden wir schrittweise unser langfristiges Entwicklungsziel auf dem europäischen Markt in den Bereichen Automobil, Elektrik, Elektronik, Messinstrumente und industrielle Steuerung erreichen.
