Hier bringst du viel in Bewegung:
- Kompetenter Ansprechpartner und fachliches Bindeglied zwischen allen Fachbereichen und der Abteilung Purchasing/Finance für P2P
- Sach- und fachgerechte Organisation und Abwicklung von Bedarfsanforderungen an den Einkauf (SRM)
- Verarbeitung aller Anforderungen über die Port2Vie Eingabemaske oder Katalogbestellungen
- Kontrolle und Überwachung von Bestellverlauf, Wareneingang- und Rechnungsbuchung
- Klärung von zur Zahlung geblockten Rechnungen und damit verbunden Bestellanpassungen
- Anlage und Pflege von Dauerbelegen & Bankeinzugsermächtigungen, sowie Lieferantenstammdaten
- Enge, abteilungsübergreifende Zusammenarbeit im Rahmen von P2P, speziell mit Finance, FFS und BPO im Rahmen zur Sicherstellung der termin- und ordnungsgerechten Jahres-, Quartals- und Monatsabschlüssen
- Monatliche Messung der KPI Performance und entsprechender Analyse von Arbeitsabläufe mit dem Ziel, sie zu optimieren und Lösungsmöglichkeiten zu erarbeiten
- Umsetzung aller P2P prozessrelevanten Policies sowie der gesetzlichen Vorgaben
- Bearbeitung der internen und externen Korrespondenz (Postein- und ausgang)
- Trainings / Onboarding / Offboarding
- Selbständige, team- und ergebnisorientierte Mitarbeit im Rahmen von Projekten
Qualifikationen
- Kaufmännische Berufsausbildung bzw. ein wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium mit mindestens 3 Jahren Berufserfahrung
- Steuerliche und / oder buchhalterische Kenntnisse von Vorteil
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office Anwendungen (insbesondere Excel) und modernen Kommunikationsmedien
- Prozessorientiertes und abteilungsübergreifendes Denken und Handeln von Anfang bis zum Ende eines Prozesses
- P2P Prozessversverständnis sowie kontinuierliche und proaktives Steuerung der Service Leistung
- Verständnis der gesetzlichen Regelungen und Bestimmungen
- Strikte Umsetzung aller relevanten Richtlinien und der Prozessbeschreibungen (SOPs)
- Erfahrungen im Bereich Finance / Buchhaltung
- Hohes Engagement sowie Dienstleistungs-, Kunden- und Servicementalität
- Ausgeprägte Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie Durchsetzungsvermögen
- Zuverlässiges, systematisches und detailgenaues Arbeiten (auch in Stresssituationen)
- Selbständige Arbeitsweise sowie Flexibilität, hohe Belastbarkeit und Leistungsbereitschaft
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in SAP (und/oder EDV-gestützte Beschaffungssysteme)
