In der Koenig & Bauer Digital & Webfed AG & Co. KG am Standort Würzburg suchen wir für unseren Bereich Flexo eine:n  Area Sales Manager:in für Flexodruckmaschinen .

Ihre Aufgaben:

• Identifizierung und Akquise von Neukunden im Bereich CI-Flexo
• systematische Betreuung und Pflege des bestehenden Kundenstamms
• Aufbau sowie Ausbau des Vertriebsgebiets inkl. Gebietsmanagement
• Erarbeitung sowie Umsetzung der Vertriebsstrategie für das jeweilige Vertriebsgebiet
• Analyse und Auswertung von Kundenprozessen und –anforderungen
• Ausarbeitung von Angeboten sowie Verhandlungsführung bis zum Verkaufsabschluss
• kontinuierliche Markt- und Branchenbeobachtung sowie Identifikation möglicher Absatzpotentiale 
• Repräsentation des Unternehmens auf Messen


Ihr Profil:

• Hochschulabschluss oder eine entsprechende Technikerqualifikation mit relevanter Berufserfahrung
• hohes technisches Verständnis mit Kenntnissen betriebswirtschaftlicher Zusammenhänge
• unternehmerisches Denken und Handeln sowie hohe Kundenorientierung
• Verhandlungsgeschick und souveränes Auftreten gepaart mit einer zielorientierten Arbeitsweise
• ausgeprägte kommunikative und soziale Kompetenzen sowie Freude und Empathie im Umgang mit Menschen unterschiedlicher Kulturen
• sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
• weltweite Reisebereitschaft
