Das erwartet Dich

Du arbeitest selbständig in einem kollegialen, dynamischen Team und bearbeitest SAP sowie digitale Aktenanfragen/-störungen/Fehlermeldungen und wirkst in diesem und Abteilungs-Projekten mit Beratung der Gesundheitszentren und Regionalleitungen zur optimierten Anwendung der Systeme Bearbeitung von Störungen/Fehler gem. interner Prozesse sowie Unterstützung des 1st&2nd-Level-Support ist für Dich Tagesgeschäft Du konkretisierst Kundenanforderungen, und begleitest diese über die Machbarkeitsanalyse und Umsetzung bis hin zur Implementierung in Zusammenarbeit des internen Servicemanagement und Entwickler Du übernimmst Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Einzel- und Integrationstests Koordinierung und Technische pflege von Stammdaten und Customizing Du gestaltest aktiv Interdisziplinäre Meetings sowie regelmäßige Kundenkommunikation mit Selbständige Erstellung und Pflege von Dokumentationen und Schulungsunterlagen Planung und Durchführung von Schulungsmaßnahmen (Online und Präsenz) im Gebiet der BAD gestaltest Du mit hohem Engagement

So punktest Du bei uns

Mit einer abgeschlossenen kaufmännischen, medizinischen oder IT- Ausbildung oder vergleichbarer Qualifikation (Quereinsteiger sind willkommen) Du hast fundierte und modulübergreifende Kenntnisse in SAP Mit einem routinierten Umgang mit den Microsoft Office- Produkten Du bist kommunikationsstark und hast Freude am Umgang mit Menschen Teamorientierung, sowie eine strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise sind für Dich selbstverständlich Sehr gute Deutsch Kenntnisse in Wort und Schrift Kreativität und ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten sowie ein hohes Maß an Zuverlässigkeit und Einsatzbereitschaft und die Fähigkeit zur Selbstorganisation runden Dein Profil ab
