Your Role:
As a CNC Specialist, you’ll take ownership of our CNC machining operations, ensuring that every component meets the highest standards. Your tasks will include:

  • Programming & Operation: Independently program and operate advanced CNC machines (e.g., Siemens, Heidenhain).
  • Complex Manufacturing: Execute high-precision machining tasks for complex components using CAD/CAM software (e.g., Mastercam, SolidCAM).
  • Process Optimization: Analyze and refine production processes for maximum efficiency and quality.
  • Team Leadership: Support and mentor junior team members, sharing your expertise to drive excellence.
  • Quality Assurance: Perform precise measurements and testing in collaboration with quality assurance teams.
  • Setup & Maintenance: Prepare machines and materials, troubleshoot issues, and conduct routine maintenance checks.

Requirements

We’re looking for professionals with a passion for precision and innovation:

  • Experience: At least 3-5 years of CNC programming and operation, ideally with multi-axis systems.
  • Education: Completed training as a Machining Technician, Industrial Mechanic, or Toolmaker, with additional certifications (e.g., CNC-Fachkraft).
  • Skills: Expertise in CAD/CAM software, advanced CNC controls, and high-precision machining.
  • Problem-Solving: A structured, solution-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Team Spirit: Strong collaboration and mentoring skills, with the ability to work independently when needed.
  • Language: Proficiency in German is essential.
