Your new role – challenging and future-oriented.
- You evaluate existing Generative AI methods for their impact on the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
- You identify and elaborate the potential of Generative AI for increasing the efficiency and effectivity of the SDLC.
- You apply and evaluate your findings to a business project within the scope of industrial DevOps.
- You develop new Generative AI concepts for software product and process quality improvement.
- You publish and present research results at academic/industrial conferences and journals.
- Finally, you drive the discussion on main research questions and present their relevance for Siemens.
Your qualifications – solid and appropriate.
- You have a M.Sc. degree in Informatics, Computer Science, Information Technology or similar.
- You convince with solid understanding of natural language processing (NLP) concepts and techniques.
- Furthermore, you have initial hands-on experience in Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing (NLP), Large Language Models (LLMs)
- You have initial experience in deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Your deep understanding of software engineering applied in a variety of use cases and projects is a prerequisite.
- You gained strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, C#.
- In addition, you have very good written and oral English skills are required (C1). German skills would be an advantage (³ B2)
