Aktuell suchen wir für ein Unternehmen am Standort Ingolstadt einen Software Quality Manager (gn) ASPICE. Diese Aufgaben werden dich motivieren:

  • Als Quality Manager Software (gn) übernimmst du eine entscheidende Rolle bei der Definition und Implementierung der ASPICE Qualitätsstrategie des Unternehmens
  • Deine Verantwortlichkeit umfasst die Festlegung klar definierter Qualitätsziele und- indikatoren sowie die Ausarbeitung von Strategien zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung
  • Du führst Reviews durch, um Code, Design, Tests und Projektdokumentationen auf ihre Qualität und die Einhaltung von Standards zu überprüfen
  • Eine weitere zentrale Aufgabe besteht in der regelmäßigen Erfassung und Analyse von Qualitätsmetriken zu Verfolgung des Fortschritts und frühzeitigen Identifizierung potenzieller Probleme
  • Basierend auf den Ergebnissen erstellst du detaillierte Qualitätsberichte und kommunizierst den Status sowie Empfehlungen an das Management, die Projektteams und Kunden
  • Darüber hinaus pflegst du enge Beziehungen zu den Qualitätsabteilungen der Lieferanten und Kunden und stellst somit sicher, dass die Qualitätsstandards entlang der gesamten Lieferkette eingehalten werden
Gute Voraussetzungen für deinen Erfolg:

  • Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich der Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Elektrotechnik. Maschinenbau oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation 
  • Du verfügst über nachweisbare Erfahrung in der Software-Qualitätssicherung oder in der Softwareentwicklung und bist vertraut mit aktuellen Best Practice Ansätzen
  • Du legst großen Wert auf Qualität und arbeitest eigenständig mit einem ausgeprägten Sinn für Details
  • Du bist engagiert, innovative Ansätze zur Gestaltung und Optimierung von Softwareentwicklungs-Prozessen zu entwickeln und umzusetzen
  • Du beherrscht Deutsch auf einem sehr guten Niveau und verfügst über gute Englischkenntnisse
