Senior Store Operations Lead

What you will do
Join the Retail leadership team and help steer Emma’s European Retail Business Organize and manage our store European Store management structure, showing adaptability to different contexts, in a customer-centric, people-focused and sustainably profitable manner Be strategic, hence anticipate and effectively address future problems in cooperation with the necessary stakeholders Collaborate closely with senior leadership to enhance employee development initiatives Take a leading role in the recruitment and development of Retail Country Leads and local store management teams Be a role model for high-performance standards and inspiring leadership Actively share learnings and insights from customers and employees to bolster our decision-making Ensure the establishment of an appropriate and scalable system landscape in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
What we are looking for
More than 5 years of experience in managing an international Retail organization Strong people skills, including a proven track record in leading teams Experience in an entrepreneurial and fast-scaling organization, incorporating industry best practices and introducing technology to facilitate fast growth Great self-management skills – you are super organized and can manage your tasks independently. Passionate, self-confident and comfortable approaching others in a proactive manner Fluent in English (Other languages are a plus) A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
