We are expanding and are looking for the following to strengthen our customer team as soon as possible in Weßling a FTI Harness Designer (m/w/d)

The context will be FTI for various legacy Aircrafts or for new development Aircrafts. Your role will be to join our multidisciplinary Flight test installation teams

You will carry out the following tasks : Definition of 3D routings for electrical harnesses in aircraft; Compliance with harness installation requirements on aircraft; Deploy and maintain databases on electrical components and parts lists; Design to Cost analysis to optimize designs; Harness detailed design: flattening and BOM for manufacturing

Profile

Trained in electrical systems and/or equivalent, you have at least 3 years' experience in a Harness routing and flattening – First experience in FTI harness routing Knowledge of EWIS rules is imperative; In-depth knowledge of CATIA V5 software, Fluent english, german is a plus Versatility and self-motivation in FTI-related professions Your team spirit, analytical skills and interpersonal skills will be key assets in your mission.
