Als unser neuer Group Sustainability Manager (m/w/d) bei der KWS SAAT & Co. KGaA beschäftigen Sie sich mit der Entwicklung, Implementierung und Überwachung von Strategien, Zielen und Aktivitäten im Bereich Nachhaltigkeitsmanagement sowie ESG (Environment, Social, Governance).
Diese Position richtet sich insbesondere an Absolventen und Young Professionals, die ihre Karriere in einem spannenden und gefragten Bereich starten möchten. Ihre Arbeit zielt darauf ab, unser Unternehmen auf ökologischer, sozialer und wirtschaftlicher Ebene verantwortungsbewusst zu positionieren und nachhaltige Praktiken innerhalb der KWS sowie in unserer Wertschöpfungskette zu fördern.
Die Besetzung dieser befristeten Elternzeitvertretung erfolgt idealerweise in Vollzeit - eine Besetzung in Teilzeit (mind. 25h/Woche) ist möglich.
Ihr neuer Arbeitsplatz befindet sich entweder in unserem HQ am Standort Einbeck oder aber an unserem Standort Berlin.
Ihre Aufgaben:
Fortsetzung der Projektleitung zur Implementierung der Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) Koordination der Nicht-Finanzielle-Berichterstattung für die KWS Gruppe 2024/2025 Identifizierung von Möglichkeiten zur Förderung von ESG Aspekten innerhalb der KWS Gruppe sowie unserer Wertschöpfungskette inklusive der Etablierung angemessener interner Leitlinien oder Group Standards Aktive Teilnahme an Brancheninitiativen und -netzwerkenIhr Profil:
Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium in Umweltwissenschaften, Nachhaltigkeitsmanagement, Agrarwissenschaften, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder einem verwandten Bereich. (Erste) Berufserfahrung im Bereich Nachhaltigkeitsberichterstattung von Vorteil Sehr gute Anwenderkenntnisse MS Office; insbesondere MS Excel Interesse an Nachhaltigkeitskonzepten und -praktiken Sehr gute Projektmanagementfähigkeiten Strukturierte, selbstständige Arbeitsweise gepaart mit einem sehr guten Zeitmanagement Sehr gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten in Deutsch und EnglischUnser Angebot:
