In unserem Competence Center Operations beraten wir unsere Kunden branchenübergreifend zu allen Fragestellungen der Aufbau- und Ablauforganisation des operativen Geschäfts. Hierbei liegen unsere Schwerpunkte vor allem in der Etablierung und nachhaltigen Verankerung des Geschäftsprozessmanagements sowie der Prozessoptimierung, -digitalisierung und -automatisierung für sämtliche Operations Funktionen – von Supply Chain Management, Einkauf und Produktion bis zum Vertrieb. Ein wesentlicher Fokus in der Prozessoptimierung /-standardisierung liegt für uns in der praktischen Umsetzung der angedachten Lösung im aktuellen oder zukünftigen IT-Landschaft des Kunden. Für eine nachhaltige Verankerung betrachten wir dabei immer das Zusammenspiel von Systemen, Prozessen und die Kundenorganisation.

Beratung mit Mehrwert. Als Teil unseres erfahrenen Teams unterstützt du in der Beratung unserer Kunden. Dabei stellst du deine Konzeptionsstärke und dein fachliches Know-how unter Beweis. Im Bereich Operations Transformation erarbeitest du gemeinsam mit deinem Team maßgeschneiderte Lösungskonzepte und Entscheidungsgrundlagen für die Schwerpunktbereiche Digitale Transformation, Prozessmanagement und ERP-Business Transformation für und mit unseren Kunden. Gemeinsam Wachsen.  Mehr erreichen. Du bist am Puls der Zeit und kannst so an übergreifenden Themen wie Publikationen, der Entwicklung neuer Themenfelder oder auch neuen Tools mitwirken. Damit leistest du einen wichtigen Beitrag für unsere unternehmerische Zukunft. Verantwortung erleben.  Die Verantwortung für Arbeitspakete innerhalb deiner Projekte legen wir vertrauensvoll in deine Hände. Dabei pflegst du auch den persönlichen Kundenkontakt.

Deine Fachexpertise: Du bringst praktische studienbegleitende Erfahrung in der Unternehmensberatung oder in vergleichbarer Funktion auf Kundenseite, insbesondere im Bereich Operations, mit. Idealerweise verfügst du über erste Erfahrungen mit digitalen Transformationen sowie im Prozessmanagement. Beste Voraussetzungen, um direkt bei uns durchzustarten.

Deine Kompetenzen: Du denkst sowohl analytisch als auch kreativ und fokussierst dich darauf, Lösungen für alle Herausforderungen zu finden. Sichere Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse sind für dich ebenso selbstverständlich, wie der Umgang mit gängigen Office-Programmen (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), sowie die Bereitschaft zur Einarbeitung in moderne Prozessmanagement-Tools unseres Ökosystemsaus Software-Partnerschaften.

Dein akademischer Hintergrund: Durch dein abgeschlossenes Studium in Wirtschaftswissenschaften, -ingenieurwesen, -informatik oder vergleichbaren Fachrichtungen bringst du ein breites theoretisches Wissen mit.
