Stellenbeschreibung

Das ist deine Rolle:

Als Berater und Entwickler bist Du zuständig für Konfiguration und Entwicklung von IT Prozessen, Datenmodellen, Workflows, APIs auf Basis der ServiceNow Plattform Dabei übernimmst Du auch die Verantwortung für konzeptionierung von Betrieb, Monitoring, Automatisierung und Test. Du Implementierst die Lösungen nach Best Practices und Low Code Ansätzen von mittlerer und hoher Komplexität Du bringst praktische Erfahrung in Service Catalog / Service Portal-Modulen mit Du führst gerne die Projektmanagementaufgaben und stellt dabei die Projektziele nach Scrum Methodik sicher

Qualifikationen

Fach-/Hochschulabschluss Informatik oder vergleichbare Ausbildung/Studium Erfahrungen in Planung, Aufbau und Betrieb von ServiceNow als OnPremise-Lösung Gute Kenntnisse in der Interface-Entwicklung mit Connectoren und APIs (Webservices, REST und SOAP) sowie in Skriptsprachen (Javascript, Python etc.) Umfangreiches IT Basiswissen (Netz, Datenbanken, Applikationsserver, Webservices, Anwendungen im Umfeld verteilter Systeme) ServiceNow – Zertifikate wie Administration und Implementation Specialist oder ITIL Zertifizierung von Vorteil Du bist Teamfähig bringst aber auch eine verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise mit. Sehr gute Deutsch - und Englisch-Kenntnisse
