Responsibilities:

Responsibility for product group management with regard to planning, control and procurement of our raw and trading goods as well as semi-finished products Negotiation of purchase prices, delivery conditions including payment terms Conclusion of supply contracts, confidentiality agreements, quality assurance contracts and framework agreements Supplier management, in particular supplier evaluation, if necessary deriving action plans, search and qualification of new suppliers Planning and support of supplier audits Optimization of inventory management within the framework of the specified goals Conceptual design of purchasing processes during and after the introduction of the new ERP system Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Disciplinary and professional management of assigned employees

Qualifications:

Successfully completed studies in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or a comparable qualification Several years of experience in the areas of strategic purchasing or supply chain management in a manufacturing company Experience in dealing with ERP systems, ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Strong analytical skills and technical affinity Experience with basic methodologies and tools of a purchasing organization (e.g. ABC/XYZ analysis, supplier classifications, etc.) Leadership experience, communication and teamwork skills as well as strong negotiation skills Entrepreneurial thinking, confident demeanor and personal initiative Fluent written and spoken German and English skills Very good MS Office knowledge
