Role Overview

The Regional Account Director will be responsible for managing all social media channels for a designated region. This includes developing content and channel strategies, overseeing campaign execution, and managing digital projects. A key part of the role is fostering strong relationships with clients and ensuring project deliverables meet both client expectations and internal standards.

Responsibilities:

Social Media Management:  Oversee all social media channels ensuring growth and high-quality execution.

Client Relationships:  Build and sustain strong client relationships, ensuring effective communication and satisfaction. Team Leadership:  Mentor and manage a team of Project Managers and Community Managers, focusing on their development and performance. Financial Oversight:  Manage budgets, track costs, and drive profitability while identifying new business opportunities. Collaboration:  Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project success and long-term relationship growth.

Weekly Activities:

Review client briefings, set priorities, and guide the team on project execution. Manage budgets and ensure timely project delivery. Attend internal and client meetings, providing updates on market developments.

Reporting Structure:

Reports to the EMEA Business Director  Manages a team within the designated market, including Project Managers and Community Managers

Key Skills/Experience:

Soft Skills:  Empathy, team management, client communication, and stress management. Hard Skills:  Social media communication, budget negotiation, team leadership, and client management. Languages:  Fluent in English, native German.
