Welche Aufgaben erwarten Dich?

Wir bei Volvo Construction Equipment Germany GmbH suchen einen People & Culture-Spezialisten, der neugierig auf unsere Reise ist und zum Aufbau einer leistungsstarken Organisation beitragen möchte, die sich darauf konzentriert, Talente zu gewinnen, zu motivieren, zu entwickeln und zu halten.

Deine Aufgabe ist es, unsere Führungskräfte und Mitarbeitenden im Bezug auf unterschiedliche berufliche Situationen zu beraten, herauszufordern und zu unterstützen. Dadurch trägst Du dazu bei das Unternehmenswachstum voranzutreiben und unsere Unternehmensziele zu erreichen.

Darüber hinaus bist Du für die Rekrutierung, das Talent- und Personalmanagement zuständig, wobei der Fokus auf der Nachfolgeplanung und der Personalentwicklung liegt.

Vergütungsbezogene Aufgaben und Kontakte zur Industrie runden Deine spannende Generalistenrolle ab.
