Intern/working student (m/f/d) Rocket Test Software Engineering, LabVIEW

Are you passionate about aerospace technology and eager to dive deeper into software development?Our international and agile team is searching for a motivated person to work as an Intern (m/w/d) specializing in Rocket Test Software Engineering with expertise in NI LabVIEW. You enjoy working in a dedicated, dynamic and international environment that aims for high-performance engineering solutions in aerospace technology? Then apply for us.

Your Tasks

Assist in developing and refining software codebases for testing, launching, and monitoring our launch vehicle, RFA ONE. Support the configuration and optimization of automated testing and deployment systems. Provide technical support during testing activities in mission control settings. Contribute to the maintenance and enhancement of DAQ/LabVIEW systems controlling launch pads and test sites. Collaborate with senior software engineers, electrical engineers, test engineers, and IT professionals to develop hardware and network solutions for test stand data and control requirements. Support in troubleshooting and resolving software issues encountered during active test stands. Participate in all aspects of software development, including design, testing, and integration into test stands.

Your Qualifications

Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or a related field. Demonstrated practical experience with LabVIEW Familiarity with at least one of the following languages: Python, C, C++, or Matlab/Simulink Proficient oral and written English skills (as all day-to-day activities are conducted in English Experience with electronics, Linux, Git and networking is a plus
