Job Description

Als Teil unseres Controlling-Teams übernehmen Sie selbstständig Aufgaben und unterstützen den Leiter des Controllings bei folgenden Aufgaben:

Beratung und Unterstützung von Führungskräften Analyse, Definition und Umsetzung von Maßnahmen zur Ergebnisverbesserung Weiterentwicklung von Controllingsystemen Erstellung und Analyse von Management-Reporting Mitwirkung bei der Steuerung des Budgetprozesses

DEIN PROFIL

Abgeschlossenes BWL-Studium mit Schwerpunkt Controlling Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Controlling Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift Erfahrung im Umgang mit Business Central, Microsoft Office und Business Intelligence Kenntnisse in der Anwendung und Entwicklung von Datenmodellen Hohes Einfühlungsvermögen, Durchsetzungsvermögen sowie Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit

As part of our controlling team, you will take on tasks independently and support the head of controlling with the following tasks:

Advice and support for managers Analysis, definition and implementation of measures to improve results Further development of controlling systems Creation and analysis of management reporting Participation in controlling the budget process

YOUR PROFILE

Completed business studies with a focus on controlling several years of professional experience in controlling good written and spoken English knowledge Experience using Business Central, Microsoft Office and Business Intelligence Knowledge of the application and development of data models high level of empathy, assertiveness and communication and teamwork skills
