Summary of the position:

Accurate administration of employee data in SAP/HR and WorkdayProcess and verify all payroll transactions for salaried and shift employeesPre- and post-payroll administrationGo-to-person for payroll, tax or social security related topicsCollaborate with social security and other official authoritiesCollaborate with internal areas like People & Culture teams & AccountingDocumentation of processesAccurate filing in accordance with legal requirementsCreate regular payroll reports and ad hoc special reports (SAP queries)Data analysis with ExcelCompany pension insurance reportingMaintain the HRIS system and ensure updates/ enhancement for new legal requirements including testing

About the ideal candidate:

Passion for data, details, international collaborationVery good communications skills in German – oral and writtenEnglish good language skillsIndependent work style, you will be responsible for a defined employee groupGreat team-player and ability to work under pressure.SAP/HR proficient knowledge desirableGood Excel skillsGood knowledge of social security law and tax lawExperience with company pension schemes and salary conversationGeneral interest in payroll system related questions (new modules for SAP, test environment, cooperation with IT Departments)

Qualification (School, university, equivalent, etc.)
 

University Degree in business administration or equivalent education e.g. Tax Consultant (Steuerfachangestellter/ Steuerfachwirt (m/f/d) or comparable experience as Payroll responsible.
