Ihre Aufgaben
Entwicklung von (internationalen) Konzepten und Strategien zu Logistik- und SCM-Prozessen Durchführung prozessbezogener Untersuchungen und Analysen und Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung relevanter Richtlinien sowie bei der Budgetplanung. Identifikation von Optimierungsbereichen für Prozesse und Systeme und Erarbeitung von Verbesserungsvorschlägen gemäß den Geschäftsanforderungen. Mitgestaltung optimierter Strategien des Informationsflusses und Wertschöpfung unter Einbeziehen von Lieferanten und Dienstleister Erarbeitung von Maßnahmen zur Kostenreduzierung Lean-Kultur und Anwenden von Methoden im Rahmen von Workshops und Projekten Durchführung von Schulungen und Trainings Berücksichtigung von Sicherheitsbestimmungen und gesetzlichen Regelungen Vorbereitung und Mitgestaltung des Investitionsprozesses Erstellung von Performance KPIs und Tools für die Unterstützung von Shopfloor Management ProzesseIhr Profil
Abgeschlossenes Bachelorstudium im Bereich Logistik/ Betriebswirtschaft/ Supply Chain Management, oder vergleichbare Qualifikation mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im produzierenden Gewerbe, Lean-Management Bereich wünschenswert sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, Kenntnisse in SAP e-WM vorteilhaft sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift Ausgeprägte konzeptionelle und organisatorische Fähigkeiten sowie ausgezeichnete Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten Bereitschaft zu Reisen und weltweiter Zusammenarbeit; internationale Berufserfahrung ist von Vorteil Agile Denkweise, interkulturelle Sensibilität, Belastbarkeit, starke Teamfähigkeit und vorausschauendes DenkenUnser Angebot
