Stellenzweck

Die Energie-, Verkehrs- und Wärmewende sowie die Digitalisierung erfordern erhebliche Investitionen in die Stromnetz-Infrastruktur. Der Netzausbau führt stadtweit zu einem außerordentlichen Hochlauf an Großprojekten – mit komplexen kaufmännischen und vertraglichen Rahmenbedingungen. Im Tandem mit der Projektleitung übernehmen Sie als Multi-Projektmanager Großprojekte die Verantwortung für den zukunftssicheren Ausbau des Frankfurter Stromnetzes.

Sie sind für die kaufmännische Abwicklung von Großprojekten im Stromnetz verantwortlich – insbesondere für das projektspezifische Anforderungs- und Vertragsmanagement, dessen Koordination, inhaltliche Gestaltung sowie die Durchsetzung vertraglicher Projektbelange Sie verantworten, steuern und kontrollieren kontinuierlich die Budget-, Kosten- und Termineinhaltung der von Ihnen verantworteten Projekte. Ihnen obliegt in der Funktion als Multi-Projektmanager das kaufmännische Risikomanagement, außerdem stellen Sie ein proaktives Claim Management jederzeit sicher Die regelmäßige Budget-Berichterstattung ist für Sie ebenso selbstverständlich, wie die laufende Steuerung der Kosten-, Investitions- und Mittelabflussplanung der Projekte  Sie berichten regelmäßig im Tandem mit der Projektleitung zu kaufmännischen und vertraglichen Belangen der Großprojekte an die relevanten Gremien und Stakeholder und führen notwendige Entscheidungen herbei  In Abstimmung mit der Projektleitung erstellen Sie die projektspezifischen Anforderungen und Vorgaben für den Einkauf bei der Ausschreibung und Vergabe Sie bearbeiten Sonderaufgaben und strategische Projekte mit Fokus auf Prozessexzellenz und Organisationsentwicklung in Abstimmung mit der Abteilungsleitung

Das sollten Sie mitbringen

Abgeschlossenes Masterstudium Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Volkswirtschaftslehre, Elektrotechnik oder Bauingenieurwesen  Einschlägige, funktionsrelevante Berufserfahrung und fundierte Kenntnisse der Energiewirtschaft Kenntnisse im Projektmanagement und der kaufmännischen Leitung von Projekten Unternehmerisches Denken und Handeln Hohe Service- und Dienstleistungsorientierung Flexibilität in Bezug auf wechselnde Aufgaben
