Unser Kunde in Hamburg sucht einen engagierten Field Service Engineer, der eigenständig und mit technischem Know-how die hohen Standards der Branche sicherstellt. Bringen Sie Ihre Expertise in einem dynamischen Team ein und tragen Sie dazu bei, dass Innovationen abheben können

Aufgaben:
  • Durchführung von Konstruktionsänderungen und Upgrades gemäß Kundenanforderungen sowie Anpassung der Geräte an die neuesten Entwicklungsstandards
  • Behebung von Mängeln und Schäden nach Auslieferung
  • Erfüllung individueller Kundenanfragen vor Ort zur Lösung spezifischer Kundenbedürfnisse bei FAL
  • Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Arbeitsflusses und ständigen Materialflusses
  • Bedarfsanalyse und Bestellung von Ersatzteilen und Verbrauchsmaterialien sowie Gewährleistung der Verfügbarkeit und Nachschub der notwendigen Ressourcen
  • Abwicklung von Ersatzteilbestellungen und Rückgabe gebrauchter Komponenten
  • Rechtzeitige Bereitstellung aller benötigten Ressourcen bei umfangreichen Arbeiten
  • Systematische Aufzeichnung und Berichterstattung aller Einsätze, Kundenrückmeldungen und erkennbarer Probleme
Anforderungen:
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Luftfahrzeugtechniker und (Fach-)Abitur
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Montage oder Wartung, idealerweise mit Fokus auf mechanische und hydraulische Komponenten
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Mechanik und Hydraulik, speziell im Bereich Fahrwerk und Stoßdämpfer sowie Erfahrung in der Arbeit an einer Endmontagelinie
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, Französischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
  • Flexibilität für Schichtdienst und Bereitschaft zu Dienstreisen
  • Führerschein der Klasse B
  • Gültige EU-Arbeitserlaubnis
