Als Director Fixed Asset Accounting (m/w/d) sind deine Aufgaben class="text-element">

Leitung der Abteilung für das Reporting von Sachanlagen Entwicklung und Implementierung von Strategien für das Fixed Asset Management Überwachung und Kontrolle der Buchführung und Bewertung von Sachanlagen Erstellung und Analyse von Berichten über Anlagegüter für das Management Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Rechnungslegungsstandards und gesetzlichen Vorschriften Zusammenarbeit mit der Finanzabteilung zur Optimierung von Abschreibungen und Investitionen Durchführung von Asset Audits und Bestandskontrollen Schulung und Entwicklung des Teams im Bereich Fixed Asset Management Unterstützung bei der Budgetierung und langfristigen Finanzplanung im Bereich Sachanlagen

Dein Profil mit dem du uns begeisterst

Abgeschlossenes Studium in Betriebswirtschaft, Finanzen, Rechnungswesen oder einem verwandten Bereich Mehrjährige Erfahrung in einer leitenden Position im Bereich Fixed Asset Reporting, idealerweise in der Hotellerie oder einer verwandten Branche Ausgezeichnete analytische und organisatorische Fähigkeiten Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Buchführung und Bewertung von Sachanlagen Starke Führungs- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

Idealerweise bereits Erfahrungen als Director Fixed Asset Accounting (m/w/d).
