- Sie analysieren und entwickeln die Vergütungssystematik und Benefit-Strategie der viastore Gruppe weiter
- Sie verantworten den Bereich Entgeltabrechnung und Entsendungen unter Einhaltung aller vertraglichen, gesetzlichen und steuerlichen Regelungen in Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Dienstleistern und Beratern
- Sie steuern und optimieren die Prozesse der jährlichen Entgeltüberprüfung inkl. variable Vergütung
- Sie beraten die HR Business Partner in Entgeltfragen
- Sie sind mit Ihrem Team für die Erstellung von Reports und Statistiken sowie die Jahresabschlussarbeiten verantwortlich
- Sie stellen sicher, dass Schnittstellen zu anderen Bereichen und den damit verbundenen Prozessen kontinuierlich optimiert werden
- Sie leiten Projekte im Zusammenhang mit Vergütung, Entgeltabrechnung und verwandten Bereichen
- Sie verfügen über ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium in Wirtschaftswissenschaften o.ä.
- Sie bringen mehrjährige einschlägige Praxiserfahrung im Personalwesen mit, idealerweise in unterschiedlichen Bereichen des HR Managements inkl. Payroll
- Sie verfügen über Erfahrung mit der steuerlichen und sozialversicherungsrechtlichen Behandlung von kurz- und langfristigen Entsendungen in EU- und Nicht-EU-Länder
- Sie sind erfahren in Datenanalyse und – interpretation, arbeiten strukturiert und zielorientiert.
- Sie sind eine aufgeschlossene Persönlichkeit mit Hands-on-Mentalität und ausgeprägten Problemlösungsfähigkeiten
- Sie verfügen über verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
