Für die HSO Deutschland suchen wir einen erfahrenen Senior DevOps Engineer, der sich schnell weiterentwickeln und eine Karriere bei uns machen möchte.

 

Dieses Team ist verantwortlich für: 

  • Azure Landing Zone: Entwurf und Implementierung der Azure Landing Zone unter Einsatz von Infrastructure as Code-Lösungen (IaC) zur Automatisierung der Bereitstellung
  • Azure Workloads: Entwicklung von Azure Workloads und der Bereitstellung über ARM-Templates
  • Einrichtung von Build- und Release-Pipelines (CI/CD) unter Verwendung von Azure DevOps
  • Verlagerung von Legacy-Workloads (Informationstechnologie) auf moderne Cloud-Lösungen (Azure, Microsoft 365)
  • Beratung von Cloud-Foundation-Szenarien und Implementierung von EntraID-Tenants. Beratung unserer Kunden für deren Tenant-Strategie und Durchführung von Tenant-Migranten
  • Sicherstellung einer angemessenen Azure-DevOps-Struktur in Projekten für die HSO
  • Bereitstellung und Optimierung von automatisierten Funktionen einschließlich Überwachung, Patching, Backup, Wiederherstellung, Hochverfügbarkeit, Benutzerverwaltung, Zugriffskontrolle und Audit-Protokollierung.
  • Tooleinsatz@HSO: Entra, Azure, Azure DevOps, Power Platform, Dynamics 365 (UO/CE), Microsoft 365 sowie erforderliche Third-Party-Anwendungen
  • Technologische Forschung und Weiterbildung: Fortlaufende Weiterbildung und Erforschung neuer Technologien, Best Practices und Tools im Bereich Cloud Computing und DevOps, um die Effizienz und Innovation in der Organisation zu fördern

Requirements

  • Ein abgeschlossenes Studium in einem MINT-Studiengang oder ein vergleichbarer Berufsabschluss mit relevanter Erfahrung (Quereinsteiger mit relevanter Berufserfahrung willkommen)
  • Du bringst mindestens 2 Jahre Projekterfahrung in der Arbeit als DevOps-Engineer mit, idealerweise im technischen Umfeld von Microsoft
  • Im Umgang mit Lifecycle-Services sowie der Automatisierung von Prozessen unter Einsatz von Build- und Release-Piplines in Azure DevOps bist Du gut vertraut
  • Bestenfalls Erfahrung mit Datenbanken mit Schwerpunkt auf Microsoft SQL/Dataverse
  • Erfahrung mit No-SQL-Datenbanken ist erwünscht, aber nicht erforderlich
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten in der deutschen Sprache (mindestens B2), um Kunden zu beraten und zu schulen
  • Idealerweise bringst Du auch Erfahrung im Bereich Infrastructure as Code (Bicep) in Verbindung mit der Implementierung der Azure Landing Zone mit
  • Bestenfalls Erfahrung in der Erstellung und Pflege YAML-basierter CI/CD-Pipelines mit Azure DevOps
