Wir steigern Besucherzahlen und Conversion-Raten durch innovative Konzepte.
Aufgaben- Telefonischer Erstkontakt: Du bist verantwortlich für die erste Kontaktaufnahme mit potenziellen Neukunden, die teilweise bereits erste Berührungspunkte mit uns haben.
- Bedarfsanalyse: Du analysierst die Bedürfnisse und Ziele der Kunden und berätst sie entsprechend ihrer Anforderungen.
- Terminvereinbarung: Du vereinbarst Termine für Videocalls mit unseren Closers, wenn die Rahmenbedingungen stimmen.
- CRM-Systempflege: Du dokumentierst wichtige Gesprächsinformationen in unserem CRM-System. (Pipedrive)
- Leidenschaft für den Kundenkontakt: Du hast Spaß daran, Kunden zu begeistern und ihnen Mehrwert zu bieten.

- Leistungsorientierte Vergütung: Ein Fixgehalt von mindestens 33.000 € pro Jahr plus eine ungedeckelte Provision von 20 € für jeden qualifizierten Termin.
- Monatlicher Abschluss-Bonus: Boni zwischen 300 € und 3.000 € zusätzlich, abhängig von deinen Leistungen.
- Weiterentwicklung: Sobald du dich eingelebt hast und unsere Produkte sowie die Bedürfnisse unserer Kunden in- und auswendig kennst, hast du die Chance, in die Rolle des Closers zu schlüpfen.
- Fokus auf das Wesentliche: Du konzentrierst dich voll auf die Kundengespräche – wir kümmern uns um den administrativen Kram.
